Be Awake is the eighth mini album by THE BOYZ. It was released on February 20, 2023 with "Roar" serving as the album's title track.

The physical album comes in seventeen versions: Reach, Realize, Reason, Platform and individual member jewel case versions.

Background[]

On January 20, 2023, THE BOYZ released two new teasers on their social media accounts teasing a new comeback.^[1] On January 29, it was announced that they will make their comeback on February 20 with their eighth mini album Be Awake, which was initially set to release on February 27.^[2]

Commercial performance[]

On April 6, 2023, Be Awake received a platinum certification for surpassing 250,000 copies sold on Circle Chart.^[3]
