Bain (배인) is a South Korean singer under Bluedot Entertainment. He is a member of the boy group JUSTB and a former member of the project boy group The CrewOne and the pre-debut trainee group PlayM BOYS.
He is also known for being a contestant on the reality survival shows Under Nineteen and Build Up : Vocal Boy Group Survivor.
Career[]
2018–2019: Under Nineteen[]
On October 25, 2018, Bain was introduced as a contestant of Under Nineteen under his birth name Song Byeong Hee, with his moving poster. The poster revealed that he was a part of the performance team.[1] He was part of the top 19, but was eliminated in the final episode.
2021: Debut with JUST B[]
On May 28, 2021, Bain was officially revealed as a member of Bluedot Entertainment's then upcoming boy group JUST B.[2] On June 30, he debuted in JUST B with the release of their debut mini album Just Burn.
2024: Build Up : Vocal Boy Group Survivor[]
In January 2024, he was revealed as a contestant on Mnet's reality survival show Build Up : Vocal Boy Group Survivor.[3] In the final episode, his team, The Partners, placed second.
Personal life[]
During a concert for the 2025 JUST B World Tour [Just Odd] on April 22, 2025, Bain came out as gay.[4][5]
