Baekjin (백진) is a South Korean singer, rapper, and tattoo artist. He was one half of the duo JxR.

Career[]

2017: MIXNINE[]

In 2017, Baekjin participated in the survival show MIXNINE representing Start Entertainment.[1] He was eliminated during the 8th episode and ranked in 38th place.[2]

2019–2020: Produce X 101 and JxR[]

In mid-2019, he participated in Mnet's boy group survival show Produce X 101 representing Vine Entertainment. He was eliminated in the 11th episode and ranked in 36th place.

On October 24, it was revealed that he would be debuting in a duo with Yuri under the name JxR.[3] They officially made their debut on December 5 with the digital single "Element".[4]

Unfortunately, it was presumed that JxR had disbanded in late 2020 due to inactivity on their SNS.
