Baek Ye Bin (백예빈; or simply Yebin) is a South Korean singer-songwriter under Yam Yam Entertainment. She is a member of the girl group DIA and its sub-unit BCHCS and a former member of the project girl group UNI.T.
She officially made her solo debut on June 14, 2023 with the digital single "Contrail".
Career[]
2015: DIA[]
On September 14, 2015, she debuted as a member of the girl group DIA with the release of their first studio album Do It Amazing.
2016: BCHCS[]
On December 29, 2016, she debuted in DIA's first sub-unit, BCHCS.
2017–2018: The Unit and UNI.T[]
In 2017, she joined KBS 2TV's idol rebooting survival show The Unit, alongside fellow member Somyi. Considered as the most charming personality during the show, she ranked 2nd place, thus becoming part of the female unit, UNI.T.[1] The group debuted on May 18, 2018 with the mini album Line.
2021: Solo project "Yes I Know"[]
On June 23, 2021, Yebin announced that she would be releasing her solo project "Yes I Know" on July 7 through DIA's official fan cafe.[2]
2022-Present: New agency, solo debut with "Contrail"[]
On November 8, 2022, Yam Yam Entertainment announced that Yebin had signed an exclusive contract with the company.[3]
On June 14, 2023, Yebin made her official solo debut with the single album, "Contrail".[4]

Education[]
Yebin graduated from Chuncheon Girls' High School located in her hometown as she confessed in her personal Instagram account in December 2020. Subsequently, she continued studying at Seocho High School located in Seoul.
Legal name change[]
On July 14, 2024, Yebin revealed at her birthday fan meeting that she had legally changed her name to Baek Ju-yeon.[5]
