Bada (바다), formerly known as Shine (샤인), is a South Korean singer and dancer under RJ Entertainment. She is the leader of the girl group N-DAY, and was formerly the leader of the girl group Baby Boo. She is also a former member of the dance team Babys and the dance duo Happty.
Career[]
2015-2020: Baby Boo, solo debut, Happty[]
On June 5, 2015, Bada made her debut as the leader of Baby Boo with the digital single "Boo Boo Boo" under the stage name Shine.
On November 16, 2017, she made her solo debut with the digital single "#My Way". She left Baby Boo shortly afterwards, but later rejoined the group in late 2018 along with new members Ha One, Hyo Kyung, Ji Eun.
In early 2020, she confirmed her departure from Baby Boo and announced herself as a member of Happty in March under her real name Bada.[1]
2022-present: Babys, N-DAY[]
In April 2022, Bada was announced as the newest member of the dance team Babys. They later announced that they will debut as an idol group under the name N-DAY. However, she left Babys shortly after and would continue with N-DAY while the other members would stay with Babys, indicating that Babys and N-DAY have become separate groups.
The group debuted on January 24, 2024 with the digital single "That's Me".
