BYUL, DAL (별소, 달소) is an acoustic trio under Yedam Entertainment. They made their debut on October 5, 2018 with the digital single "Gung Geum Hae".
History[]
2018-2019: Debut and agency changes[]
BYUL, DAL initially debuted under the label Citrus Music on October 5, 2018 with the release of their first digital single, "Gung Geum Hae". The group consisted of vocalists Byeol-so (Oh Minkyung), Dal-so (Kim Sohyung) and musician/composer Comma (Han Junghoon). They released one more single in 2018, "If The Cat Disappears In The World", before becoming inactive throughout 2019. Eventually, BYUL, DAL departed from Citrus Music which lead to Byeol-so (Oh Minkyung) and Dal-so (Kim So-hyung) also leaving the group.
2020–2021: New agency and new members[]
BYUL, DAL, now only composed of Comma (Han Junghoon), he went onto join a new agency: Yedam Entertainment. As a result, the agency introduced two new members to reform the trio, namely Dal-so (Moon Hyunseon) and Byeol-so (Lee Bom).[1] With the group now reformed, they released their third digital single, "I Wanna Know" on May 23, 2020.
Byeol-so (Lee Bom) departed from the group in late 2020, sometime after the release of their ninth digital single "Around Your World". Thus, their tenth single featured Moon Hyunseon as the sole vocalist while BYUL, DAL looked to recruit a new third member.
2022–present: Byeol-so's replacements[]
In 2022, a new Byeol-so (Lee Ahyeon) was introduced for their 11th single "Up & Down". However, her membership was short-lived and she was only present with the group for only that one release.
Later that same year, another Byeol-so (Kang Jewon) was introduced, and with her, they were able to release the group's 12th single "I'm In Love With You". As of October 2023, she continues to remain a member.
