BTS 1st Japan Tour 2015 Wake Up: Open Your Eyes (stylized in all-caps) was the first Japanese concert series held by BTS. It began with a two-night stint in Tokyo on February 10–11, 2015 and concluded in Fukuoka, Japan on February 19, 2015.
Background[]
The concert tour was first announced during the BTS' shows of The Red Bullet Tour in Japan.[1] It had toured in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka.[2] It brought together 25,000 fans of the group and served to promote their debut Japanese full-length album, Wake Up. In addition, the concert held in Fukuoka on February 19, 2015 was broadcast live in cinemas across Japan, attracting an additional 6,000 people.[3]
The Japan tour was released on Blu-ray and DVD.[4]
