Ate (stylized in all-caps) is the ninth mini album by Stray Kids. It was released on July 19, 2024 with "Chk Chk Boom" serving as the album's title track.
The physical album comes in 14 versions: Chk Chk, Boom, Ate (Limited), Letter, eight individual Accordion versions, and two Platform Album_Nemo versions.

On January 1, 2024, Stray Kids announced that they will be releasing an album sometime this year.[1] On May 9, it was reported that Stray Kids will be having their comeback on July 19.[2] The report was confirmed on June 19 when the group unveiled a trailer for their ninth mini Ate.[3]

Ate was ranked #19 on the Billboard's top 25 best K-Pop albums of 2024 list.[4]
Commercial performance[]
According to Hanteo Chart, by July 24, Ate sold 2,025,803 copies.[5] As of August 15, it sold over 3 million copies.[6]
"Chk Chk Boom" debuted at #30 on the United Kingdom's Official Singles Chart.[7] It spent three consecutive weeks on the chart.[8]
Ate debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart,[9] spent 13 consecutive weeks on the chart,[10] and 15 non consecutive weeks on the chart.[11] "Chk Chk Boom" debuted at #49 on the Hot 100.[12]
On October 22, the Recording Industry Association of America awarded Ate a gold certification.[13]
Ate was ranked #5 on the 2024 U.S Top Album Sales chart and #2 on the 2024 U.S. Top CD Album Sales chart.[14]
On February 18, 2025, the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry announced that Ate was ranked #5 on their Global Album Chart 2024.[15]
