Alex (알렉스) is a Korean-German former rapper and singer. He is a former member of the boy group DRIPPIN.
Career[]
2020–2023: DRIPPIN[]
On September 4, 2020, it was announced that Woollim Entertainment would be debuting a new boy group DRIPPIN. At the time, only six of the seven members were revealed.[1] Alex was revealed as the seventh member on September 11.[2] The group officially debuted on October 28, 2020 with the mini album Boyager.
On January 26, 2023, Woollim Entertainment announced that Alex would be taking a break from activities due to health concerns related to poor physical condition.[3]
On July 28, 2023, Woollim Entertainment announced that Alex would be permanently leaving DRIPPIN and terminating his exclusive contract with the agency and the group would continue their activities with the remaining six members.[4] Following his departure, Alex thanked his fans by posting a letter on his Twitter account.[5][6] Since then, Alex has remained out of the public eye. Fans are assuming he's living a healthier and happier life, as he hasn't returned to the entertainment industry.
