Aila (아일라) was a four-member girl group under Plane Entertainment. They debuted on January 15, 2014 with the single "Pretty Pretty Pretty Girl".
According to Ilyo Sisa, the group explained in MBC's "True Story" Expedition" that they were disbanded one hour after their debut stage (which took place before the release of their single). They said they were they disbanded because the CEO thought they had performed poorly on stage.[1]
The group also revealed in this episode that their basic human rights were not met; they went without water and electricity frequently, and even found maggots in the rice the company bought for them.[1]
