ARTBEAT v (아트비트 v) was a five-member girl group formed by AB Creative and promoted under UniqueTunes Records. Originally as seven, they made their debut on November 16, 2022 with the mini album Magic.
The members are part of the YouTube dance cover channel of the same name, ARTBEAT.
History[]
2021: "Lovefool"[]
On September 11, 2021, the ARTBEAT YouTube channel released the special digital single "Lovefool" as a gift for their fans. The song was sung by Seyoung, Yubin, Yoojin, Gaeun, Haeun, and Sieun.[1]
2022: Debut with Magic[]
On November 6, 2022, ARTBEAT announced that they would be debuting their first girl group of the same name with the release of the group's logo, concept film, and scheduler.[2][3] The group's first mini album, Magic, was released on November 16.
On November 20, it was announced that the group's promotions have been temporarily postponed, due to a member's injury.[4]
2023: "Aphrodite", name change, Damhee's and Sieun's departure, "Dubi Dubi"[]
As of Jan 27, Sieun has been on a hiatus due to personal reasons.
On February 4, it was announced that the group will release their first digital single, "Aphrodite", on February 8.[5]
On May 22, Damhee announced that she would be leaving ARTBEAT.[6]
On July 25, it was announced that the group will release their first single album, "Dubi Dubi".[7] They also announced that ARTBEAT changed their name to ARTBEAT v, and that it will continue with 5 members, confirming Damhee's and Sieun's depature from the group.
2025: Disbandment[]
On June 12, 2025, during a live, the members said that the team disbanded and that they are no longer coming back as a group.
