AQA (아큐아) was a five-member boy group under Startree. They made their debut on April 16, 2022 with the single album "Wonder".
On March 24, 2024, Startree announced that the group had disbanded.[1]
AQA stands for “Age Quod Agis” and means “Do what you do”.
History[]
Pre-debut[]
On December 11, 2021, the account's official Instagram account was opened with their first post being the group's logo.[2] The next day, they released individual photos of the members at the recording studio, which was taken on November 24, in the following order: Huyu,[3] Yuseong,[4] Bonggeun,[5] Hwan,[6] and Pawky.[7] They then announced the ticketing information for their Christmas concert, which was to be held on December 25, along with other performers such as DIANA.[8] The concert then took place, with the group performing their debut single "Wonder".[9]
2022: First solo concert, debut with "Wonder", Hyun's departure[]
On February 22, 2022, they announced their first solo concert, which will take place on March 5. During the concert, they will also reveal a new member.[10]
On April 16, they then officially debuted with their first single album "Wonder".[11]
In September 2022, Hyun left the group due to unknown reasons since he no longer appeared in their contents.
2024: Disbandment[]
On March 24, 2024, Startree announced that the group had disbanded.[1]
