5URPRISE (서프라이즈) was a five-member actor group under Fantagio Music. They officially made their debut on November 18, 2014 with their first single album "From My Heart".

On March 31, 2020, it was announced by Fantagio that all five members have decided to part ways with the company.[1]

History[]

2013–2014: After School Luck or Not and debut with "From My Heart"[]

In the beginning of August of 2013, the profiles of the group 5URPRISE were released.[2]

On August 26, 2013, 5URPRISE participated in an OST for the drama After School Luck or Not, which all of the members had appeared on as a part of the main cast. The song was called "Hey U Come On".

On November 3, 2014, Fantagio announced that 5URPRISE would be released their debut album on November 18. In the same statement, it was also revealed that the members would be going on a six-country tour.[3] On November 18, they then officially made their debut with their first single album "From My Heart".

2015–2016: Japanese debut and comeback[]

On October 28, 2015, the group made their Japanese debut with the single "5urprise Flight".

On August 10, 2016, 5URPRISE then came back with their second Japanese single "Shake It Up".

2020: Disbandment[]

On March 31, 2020, it was announced by Fantagio that all five members have decided to part ways with the company, leaving the group disbanded.[1]
