4IREN (사이렌) was a pre-debut four-member girl group under UniqueTunes Records.[1]

It is presumed the group disbanded sometime in 2025.

History[]

Pre-debut[]

In March 2024, UniqueTunes Records announced that they were holding month-long auditions for girls born between 2000 and 2006 in order to debut a new girl group for 2024.[2][3][4]

Later on July 13, through the Korea Creative Contents Agency official website, UniqueTunes Records unveiled the girl group, consisting of members Kim Hyemin, Kim Gona, Kim Ayoung and Choi Jihyun.[5] Moreover, the website revealed that debut plans have been postponed to 2025. However, not long after, the information was deleted from their site. UniqueTunes later released a statement announcing that the profile was mistakenly made public but that they are fully committed to the debut of 4IREN and asked fans to wait a little longer.[6]

On June 27, 2025, member Kim Ayoung opened her Instagram account, followed by Kim Hyemin on June 29 and Kim Gona on July 4. This lead to speculations of each member opening their personal Instagram accounts, leading to their debut.[7] However, on August 1, Kim Ayoung revealed to a fan that she is no longer a trainee.[8]

It is presumed the group disbanded without debut sometime around or before mid 2025.

Aftermath[]

Following the disbandment of 4IREN, the members went their separate ways:

  • Kim Gona joined the agency THE SSR. She later debuted on December 8, 2025 with the digital single "Thousand Times, You".[9]
