2023 aespa 1st Concert 'SYNK : Hyper Line' is the first world tour held by aespa. The first show was held on February 25, 2023, at Jamsil Arena in Seoul, South Korea.
Background[]
On December 1, 2022, it was announced via the group's official Japanese website that they will hold their first-ever Japanese tour, tentatively titled "Aespa Live Tour 2023 in Japan", from March 13 through April 30, 2023.[1]
On January 20, 2023, a concert poster was shared through the group's social media accounts, revealing the tour's name and Korean dates, and venue.[2] It was also announced that the second show (February 26) will be live-streamed via Beyond LIVE with re-streaming on March 25.[3] Finally, an update posted to Aespa's official Japanese website announced that the previously announced Japanese tour dates would also be part of the tour.[4][5]
On April 1, the group announced two additional "Special Edition" shows for the tour at Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan,[6] making them the fastest foreign artist to hold a concert at the venue after their debut.[7]
On April 29, SM Entertainment announced, that member Winter will not participate in aespa's Japan concerts on April 29 and 30 due to poor physical condition.[8]
On May 19, aespa announced North American, South American and European stops for their tour.[9]
