17 Is Right Here (stylized in all caps) is the first best album by SEVENTEEN. It was released on April 29, 2024 with "Maestro" serving as the album's title track.
The physical album comes in six versions: Here, Hear, Dear, Deluxe, KiT and Weverse Album.
Background[]
On March 1, 2024, it was reported that SEVENTEEN will be making their comeback in April. Pledis Entertainment responded that they will make an official announcement at a later date.[1] On March 31, during the SEVENTEEN Tour 'Follow' Again concert in Incheon, member Hoshi revealed that the group will be having two comeback this year. A teaser was also unveiled, hinting at their upcoming comeback.[2] The next day, it was announced that SEVENTEEN will be releasing their best album 17 Is Right Here on April 29.[3]
Commercial performance[]
By April 19, 17 Is Right Here reached 3,087,613 stock pre-orders.[4]
According to Hanteo Chart, 17 Is Right Here sold 2,260,906 copies on its first day of sales.[5] It sold 2,967,937 copies in its first week.[6]
17 Is Right Here reached #1 on the iTunes Top Albums chart in at 17 regions, as well as Line Music's realtime album chart in Japan. Meanwhile "Maestro" reached #1 on the iTunes Top Songs charts in 32 regions.[5]
17 Is Right Here debuted at #5 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart.[7]
On May 14, the Recording Industry Association of Japan awarded 17 Is Right Here a platinum certification.[8] On June 11, the album received a double platinum certification.[9]
17 Is Right Here sold 90,000 CD copies in the United States, making it the tenth best-selling CD album in the country for the first half of 2024.[10]
