10X10 (텐텐; also known as TENTEN) was a five-member girl group under Gaon Entertainment. They debuted on July 22, 2015 with single "Amomia".
They presumably disbanded in June 2016 due to inactivity.
The group name TENTEN carries the meaning of striving to become 10X10, the perfect score of 100.[1]
History[]
2015: Debut with "Amomia", member changes and "좋아한다 말해 사랑한다 그래"[]
On July 22, 2015, 10X10 debuted with the digital single "Amomia". The lineup consisted of HanU, Hyeon Sung, Jiyoon, Rica and Cindy. On July 28, the group had their debut stage on The Show.
On August 11, member Rica made her solo debut with the digital single "Sexy Back".
After wrapping up promotions for their debut single, Cindy was noticeably absent from group activities and new member Yoonah was seen performing with the group.[2]
On November 4, Rica made her first comeback as a soloist with the digital single "하루".
On November 20, the group made their first comeback with their second digital single "좋아한다 말해 사랑한다 그래".
2016: "R U Ready" and disbandment[]
On March 11, 2016, they released their third digital single "R U Ready".
Following the end of the promotions for their latest release in April, the group became inactive and presumably disbanded in June.
Aftermath[]
Following the disbandment of 10X10, the members went their separate ways.
- HanU debuted as a soloist with the digital single "Mad Woman" on November 2, 2017.
- On July 25, 2018, she re-debuted as a member of the girl group AiRiSU.
- Rica became a member of the duo Mo.I, under the stage name Sia. After the duo's disbandment, she opened her own pilates studio and has been working as a pilates and yoga instructor.[3]
- She married professional football player Hwang Sin-young on December 19, 2021.[4]
- Cindy changed her stage name to Hongdan and debuted as a trot singer on March 31, 2021 with the digital single "쓰리고". In 2024, she changed her stage name to her real name, Lee Yeeun.[5]
- In 2023, she participated in the reality trot competition show Miss Trot 3 but was eliminated during the finals.
- The remaining members have since left the entertainment industry and focused on their personal lives.
