This is their final release to feature member Bae Jin Young as his departure from the group was announced on August 5, 2024.^[1]

The physical album comes in two versions: Android and Humanoid.

On January 1, 2024, CIX posted a coming soon poster for their first single album, which will be released later this month.^[2] The name of the single album was revealed to be "0 or 1", set to be released on January 24.^[3]
