Red Velvet 4th Concert : R to V este al patrulea concert și al doilea turneu mondial al Red Velvet. Primul spectacol va avea loc pe 1 aprilie 2023, la KSPO Dome din Seul, Coreea de Sud.

Pe 3 martie 2023, SM Entertainment a anunțat că Red Velvet va susține primul lor concert în trei ani și jumătate, intitulat „R to V” în Seul și Japonia.
Pe 14 martie, a fost anunțat că cel de-al doilea spectacol din Seul (2 aprilie) va fi transmis în direct prin Beyond LIVE și KNTV, cu re-streaming pe 29 aprilie.
Pe 27 martie, grupul a dezvăluit datele meciurilor din Asia și Europa.
Pe 26 aprilie 2023, SM Entertainment a lansat o declarație în care afirmă că Joy va lua o pauză de la activitățile programate pentru moment. Ea nu va participa la opririle rămase în Asia și Europa.
Pe 10 mai, SM a dezvăluit că Wendy a fost testată pozitiv pentru COVID-19. În ziua următoare, SM a anunțat amânarea pe termen nedeterminat a turneului lor de la Bangkok. Pe 30 mai, SM True a dezvăluit că spectacolele de la Bangkok au fost anulate.
