7 czerwca NCT ogłosiło swój pierwszy pełny koncert grupowy w Korei Południowej i Japonii.
28 lipca ogłoszono, że koncert w Inczon będzie transmitowany na żywo przez Beyond LIVE, a powtórka 7 października.
15 sierpnia SM Entertainment ogłosiło, że Taeil nie weźmie udziału w koncercie, ponieważ doznał złamania prawego uda po wypadku motocyklowym.
2 listopada SM Entertainment i Trafalgar Releasing ogłosiły, że wydadzą NCT NATION: To The World w kinach na całym świecie wyłącznie 6 i 10 grudnia, wraz z koncertem NCT, który odbędzie się 26 sierpnia w Incheon.
