EPEX (이펙스; singkatan dari Eight Apex) adalah boyband beranggotakan delapan orang di bawah agensi C9 Entertainment. Mereka debut pada 8 Juni 2021 dengan EP pertama mereka Bipolar Pt.1 : Prelude of Anxiety.
Sejarah[]
Pra-debut[]
Pada 1 Maret 2021, C9 Entertainment membuka beberapa akun SNS, yang menyatakan bahwa mereka akan menjadi akun artis untuk grup idola baru setelah mereka melakukan debut.[2][3]
Dari 2 Maret hingga 9 Maret, para anggota terungkap melalui media sosial grup, dimulai dengan Keum, diikuti oleh Baek Seung, A-Min, [ [Mu]], Yewang, Jeff, Keinginan, dan Ayden masing-masing.[4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]
2021: Bipolar Pt.1 : Prelude of Anxiety dan Bipolar Pt.2 : Prelude of Love[]
Pada tanggal 1 April, nama resmi grup tersebut diumumkan menjadi EPEX, yang merupakan singkatan dari "Eight Apex". Makna kelompok dikatakan ketika berkumpulnya delapan pemuda mencapai delapan puncak yang berbeda.[12]
Pada tanggal 7 Mei, sebuah teaser berjudul "Prelude of Anxiety" dirilis di akun media sosial grup tersebut. EP debut mereka, Bipolar Pt.1 : Prelude of Anxiety, dirilis pada 8 Juni.[13]
Pada tanggal 25 September, sebuah teaser berjudul "Prelude of Love" dirilis di akun media sosial grup tersebut. EP kedua mereka, Bipolar Pt.2 : Prelude of Love, dirilis pada 26 Oktober.[14]
2022: Prelude of Anxiety Chapter 1. '21st Century Boys'[]
Pada tanggal 15 Maret, sebuah teaser berjudul "21st Century Boys" dirilis di akun media sosial grup tersebut. EP ketiga mereka, Prelude of Anxiety Chapter 1. '21st Century Boys', akan dirilis pada 11 April.[15]
