"A cultural reset is when something big in well known pop culture changes or is added causing people to change the way they look at things or to have a lot of people hop on the trend."
-This is the definition given on Urban Dictionary. Basically, in accordance to K-pop, cultural resets are songs that are extremely influential. That's what I think defines it.
It's like, a really really impactful song, usually one that gets pretty popular and many people love. One that has a lot of influence over the kpop fandom, and gets a lot of attention.
Usually it’s not really used accurately
